Lock & Co. Hatters is committed to the highest standards of quality, and we offer a 28-day return period for all unworn, pristine items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons and the nature of bespoke craftsmanship, custom-made headwear and personalized orders are non-returnable.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Return

    Visit our online returns portal or contact our St. James’s Street shop to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 14 days of receiving your hat.

    Secure Packaging

    Place the item back into its original Lock & Co. hat box and outer shipping carton to ensure the crown and brim are protected from pressure during transit.

  • 3.
    Label and Dispatch

    Affix the provided return shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location, ensuring you retain a proof of postage.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our master hatters have inspected the item to confirm its original condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 10 business days.
